One of the most common elements we see in any game is stats. The genre doesn’t matter; the stats element can be seen in RPGs, MOBAs, strategy games, and even FPS shooters.

The same goes for Raid Shadow Legends, too. Every champion in this game has 8 different types of stats and is assigned a value for each one by default. These base stats can be upgraded with buffs, bonuses, auras, artifacts, and more.

When building a raid champion, you must focus on upgrading a few of these stats, depending on your role and playstyle. For that, you must know exactly what these statistics do and in this guide, I will teach you exactly that.

List of all Basic Stats in Raid Shadow Legends

If you want to know which artifacts and accessories grant you which stat, refer to the image below.

HP: HP, Hit Points, or Health Points mean the same. This stat determines the overall health of a champion. HP is shown as a green bar above your champion; each small box represents
approximately 5000 HP. Along with buffs, bonuses, etc., leveling up also increases this stat.

ATK: ATK, or attack, determines how much damage your champion can deal. This stat can be found as a primary stat on all weapon artifacts. This is an important stat to focus on if you want your champion to deal more base attack damage.

DEF: DEF, or defense, is what makes your Raid champion durable. The more DEF your champion has, the less damage they take, and vice versa. This is an important stat for tanky champions and all shield artifacts have this as their primary stat.

SPD: SPD, or speed, determines your champion’s attack speed order. SPD determines how often it’s your champion’s turn to attack. Raid Shadow Legends Champions with higher SPD will attack more frequently; this stat can be found on multiple artifacts.

C.Rate: C.Rate means critical rate. This determines how often your champion deals a critical hit to the enemy. It is important to focus on this stat for damage-dealing champions. A critical hit is when your champion deals more damage than usual; the damage dealt is based on another stat called C.DMG.

C.DMG: C.DMG or critical damage, as mentioned, determines how much damage your champion deals when they land a critical hit. The combined effect of C.Rate and C.DMG upon ATK (base damage) determines the total bonus damage dealt.

RES: RES means resistance. This stat determines how resistant your champion is against enemy debuffs. In Raid Shadow Legends, debuffs can reduce your champion’s stats, defense, attack, and a lot more. These are negative buffs placed on your champion and the RES stat provides you with resistance against those spells.

ACC: ACC, or accuracy, determines your champion’s ability to land attacks and place debuffs on the enemy target. This stat is especially important for champions like Kael, who have great debuff abilities.

This concludes our guide. These are the eight basic stats in Raid Shadow Legends, and you can view the overall stats of any champion by going to their page in the game.
